Trademark Renewal Between Years 5 and 6

​Between the fifth and sixth year after a trademark is registered, a trademark owner must file for trademark renewal. Services provided include preparation and filing:

  • Section 71 Renewal for Madrid Protocol Registrations

  • Combined Section 8 and 15 filing

Government Fees: $125 per class for Section 8 & 71 Declarations
